Dining on Scenic’s Discovery Yachts goes beyond just outstanding food and wine; it’s an unrivalled all-inclusive culinary journey curated by Executive Chef Tom Goetter and his celebrated chefs, who aim to surprise and delight you at every meal. Choose from up to 10 culinary experiences on board, ranging from contemporary French fine dining at Lumière, world-class seafood and steak at Elements, relaxed al fresco meals at the Yacht Club and authentic Japanese at Sushi @ Koko’s. Outside of the restaurants, the chefs will share their expertise in gourmet masterclasses and create new dishes inspired by local ingredients. From historians and photographers to marine biologists and scientists specialising in areas like geology, glaciology, and archaeology, they will help you to truly appreciate the spectacular destinations you visit. They are passionate about their roles and bringing to life every element of your voyage. Follow their lead on guided kayak tours or nature walks, cruise on Zodiacs past dramatic glaciers and fjords, and learn from them in the state-of-the-art theatre.
